SHIPPING & RETURNS

We provide free shipping to all countries available. You will receive a tracking code in your email when your order has been shipped out from one of our warehouses worldwide. The warehouse country depends on your location.

Please rest assured, taxes and duties are already covered and paid by Venga Store. During peak times fulfilling orders can take a couple of days. The estimated delivery time:

Custom clearances may affect shipping delays in some orders / we are expecting a high amount of orders which may cause a slight delay in fulfillment.

Handmade and custom-made orders

Please note that the standard shipping times do not apply to handmade and custom-made orders. Estimated delivery time: 14 to 21 business days.

Because these items are specially made for you, the standard 14-day return policy does not apply, in accordance with the EU Guarantees and Returns Exception Policy.

We strongly recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing the purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer service team prior to placing your order.


RETURNS / SWAP ITEM(S)

EU Flag European Union

It is possible to return or swap your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them. If you would like to change your current item(s) for any other item(s) on our website, please contact us at hello@venga-store.com.

  • Items can be returned if the product matches the product on our store. They must be returned in original conditions, unused and undamaged.
  • The returned items must not have been used or worn.
  • Handmade and custom-made to order items are not eligible for return in accordance with the EU Guarantees and Returns Exception Policy.
  • No makeup marks, perfume scent or smell of sweat.
  • Bikinis, swimsuits, and accessories such as necklaces and earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
  • We reserve the right to decline any returns if it does not match our return policy.
  • The sender is always responsible for the return and shipment costs. The return shipping cost and any applicable return fees will be calculated when the return request is submitted.

World Icon Rest of the World

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges from customers outside the European Union, due to the complexity and cost of international returns. Please check product details carefully before ordering.

How to return? (European Union customers)

  • Notify us to get the return address at hello@venga-store.com mentioning your order number starting with VS.
  • Within 48 hours you will receive the instructions for returning the package.

We will refund your money within 5 business days after receiving the item(s).


CANCELLING ORDER / WRONG ADDRESS 

Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 5 hours of ordering. We cannot extend this due to the automatic processing with our suppliers.
Please send an email to hello@venga-store.com as soon as possible.

For logistics reasons, we cannot change the shipping address once 5 hours have passed since your order was placed. If the address provided is incorrect after this timeframe, the package will be delivered to the original address, and Venga Store cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered items.

 

FRAUD PREVENTION NOTICE

Venga Store actively monitors and disputes fraudulent claims. Any attempt of chargeback fraud (e.g., claiming non-receipt when tracking confirms delivery) will be reported to payment processors and may result in account suspension.

Delivery Confirmation

  • Orders are considered delivered once the shipping carrier marks the package as “Delivered” in their tracking system.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but not received by the customer.

If Your Package is Missing

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or anyone who may have accepted the package on your behalf.
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request a trace on the package.
  • If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, please provide us with their confirmation. We will then review your case and assist you in accordance with our Buyer Protection Policy.
