We provide free shipping to all countries available. You will receive a tracking code in your email when your order has been shipped out from one of our warehouses worldwide. The warehouse country depends on your location.

Taxes and duties are already covered and paid by Venga Store. During peak times fulfilling orders can take a couple of days. The estimated delivery time:

Made to order

Please note that the standard shipping times do not apply to made to order items. Estimated delivery time: 14 to 21 business days.

Because these items are specially made for you, the standard 14-day return policy does not apply, in accordance with the Article 2(4) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Delivery Confirmation

  • Orders are considered delivered once the shipping carrier marks the package as “Delivered” in their tracking system.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but not received by the customer.

 

If your package is missing

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or anyone who may have accepted the package on your behalf.
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request a trace on the package.
  • If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, please provide us with their confirmation. We will then review your case and assist you in accordance with our Buyer Protection Policy.

 

Uncollected packages

  • Customers are responsible for collecting packages from pick-up points, post offices, or parcel lockers within the carrier's specified collection period. Venga Store is not responsible for packages that are not collected within this period.
  • If a package is returned to the sender due to the customer’s failure to collect it after one or more delivery notifications, a refund will be issued for the product value only, minus a return handling fee of between €10 and €15 to cover return shipping and processing costs.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned package is received at our warehouse.
